Each case is different, and the legal fees for an immigration case will depend on the type of application being made and the type of package being used. In addition to the professional Immigration consultantion fees, you will have to pay Canadian government immigration processing fees which vary according to the type of application and the number of family members applying. Goverment Application Processing Fees
Immigration application processing fees do not include the professional immigration consultation fees. Government processing fees are as follows (Canadian dollars)

Principal Applicants:

Principal applicant (skilled worker) - $550
Business class applicant - $1,050

Dependent Family (all immigration categories):

Spouse, common-law or same-sex partner - $550
Each child under 22 years - $150

Right of Landing Fee
This is a fee charged by the Canadian Government once your visa has been issued to land in Canada. The Government of Canada has reduced Right of Landing Fee from Canadian $975 to $490 for immigrants. The change is effective as of 12:00 a.m. EDT on May 3, 2006.

Each person over 22 - $490

Permanent Resident Card: $50
